    Very simple, yet effective… Drink lots of water everyday!! Water is vital for life and offers many benefits. These include things like better skin, less calorie intake, and just making your body and psyche feel incredibly energized overall. One thing I do to aid in my hydration intake is always having a Camelbak full of ice water with me at school.     I have been told many times that I have great skin (*blush*) and have been asked to share my secrets. If I am being completely honest, I have no secrets!
