I have absolutely fallen in love recently with blogging & keeping up with other blogs. Something about it is so special — knowing that someone out there loves something as much as you do & puts effort into every post they write is incredible. Often, we get caught up in the anxiety and stress of our daily lives. I like to take time and special moments to treat myself to a few of my favorite things. Very simple, yet effective… Drink lots of water everyday!! Water is vital for life and offers many benefits. These include things like better skin, less calorie intake, and just making your body and psyche feel incredibly energized overall. One thing I do to aid in my hydration intake is always having a Camelbak full of ice water with me at school. Even if I don’t feel thirsty, I often surprise myself by how much my brain and body appreciate a bit of H2O!! I usually end up drinking about 2 full ones at school alone. I want my blog to be a positive place full of things I love, things to inspire, and things to learn about.
