Very simple, yet effective…

Drink lots of water everyday!!

Water is vital for life and offers many benefits. These include things like better skin, less calorie intake, and just making your body and psyche feel incredibly energized overall.

One thing I do to aid in my hydration intake is always having a Camelbak full of ice water with me at school. Even if I don’t feel thirsty, I often surprise myself by how much my brain and body appreciate a bit of H2O!! I usually end up drinking about 2 full ones at school alone.

It’s amazing how much I’ve noticed drinking water has made a difference. It’s just one more thing that assists in getting the most out of life!
